Save our post offices TONY HILL, Lib Dem Parliamentary Campaigner for Maidenhead, is leading the campaign to save threatened local Post Offices. 2500 face the axe across Britain. Here in Maidenhead six more are facing closure. Tony said, "Post offices play a vital role in our local communities. These closures will hit local people, especially older residents, very hard indeed." The Liberal Democrats are fighting the closures, gathering a national petition which will be presented at Downing Street.
